Brittany is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 who teaches yoga at Kula Yoga on Main and True Nature Healing Arts in Carbondale, CO and Epic Fitness in Glenwood Springs, CO.
Brittany teaches various class styles at her current studios and her trainings include Power, Hatha, Alignment, Yin Yoga and RAD Mobility. This class connects breath and movement through a series of flowing postures. Flow ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, move energy, and increase awareness in the body, mind, and spirit. Meditation may be included.

Flow ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, move energy, and increase awareness in the body, mind, and spirit. Meditation may be included. Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques utilize RAD products to aid in muscular recovery, unwinding stored tension and reducing inflammation in the body. Benefits include reestablishing healthy movement patterns and assisting in fluid range of motion.

This 75-minute class is great for athletes, those new to yoga, or those needing a full-body stretch. The stretch portion of this class takes you through gentle stretches, sun salutations, and a slow flow that aids in an increased range of motion and improves your ability to do daily activities. Poses can be held for 1-2 minutes when stretching. Benefits include reestablishing healthy movement patterns and assisting in fluid range of motion.

Hot Yoga utilizes a set sequence of postures practiced in a room set to 100-105 degrees with humidity. This class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Hot Yoga includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series. This class is set to music and suitable for all levels. A towel is required, and water is highly recommended. Please come to class well-hydrated.

In this 75-minute class, you will be guided through a series of flowing postures that connect breath and movement for the first 45 minutes of class, followed by 30 minutes of long-held restorative poses. Flow (vinyasa) ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, move energy, and increase awareness in the mind, body, and spirit. During the restorative portion of class, you will be guided into supported postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Gentle and long-held poses facilitate a deep release in our connective tissue, guiding you towards total relaxation that can help reduce stress and aid in better sleep.
