Welcome to Spirit to Mat, where yoga teacher Brittany Geis offers her in-person teaching schedule, information on how to book a private session with her, and offerings such as wellness retreats, trainings, and workshops.

Kula (community) is everything to Brittany and her desire is to help her students connect to their inner light and be a catalyst for change on their own path of Self-Discovery.

This path is motivated by her own inward journey and finding tranquility when coming to her yoga mat. Brittany believes that “Every body is a yoga body,” and that yoga is a come as you are practice. We learn to control the breath to control the mind and rediscover ourselves every time our spirit comes to the mat.

  • “Brittany's yoga retreat was truly wonderful! She cultivated a special environment for it with the beautiful Avalanche Ranch in Redstone as the backdrop. The theme for the retreat was one of grounding and restoration which was perfectly timed with the fall season of change. Furthermore she was able to tie in this theme throughout the day allowing us all to reconnect with our reasons for being there. The yoga portion was both challenging and calming which left us all feeling recharged. Outside of yoga Brittany planned excellent activities for the entire day which included locally catered food, hiking, time at the hot springs, and awesomely curated bags of gifts.
